Who we are

This site (marcoferra.com) is operated by Marco Ferra, based in Portugal. For any question about this policy or your data, contacthello@marcoferra.com. For the purposes of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Marco Ferra is the data controller.

What we collect

When you book a meeting through this site, you provide:

  • your name and email address;
  • an optional message;
  • the date, time, and time zone you select.

We do not run analytics or advertising trackers, and we do not use tracking cookies. Fonts are self-hosted, so loading the site does not send your data to third-party font services.

How we use it

We use the information solely to schedule the meeting you request: to check availability and to create a calendar event with a Google Meet video link, and to send the invitation to the email address you provide. We do not sell your data or use it for marketing.

Google services & data

To offer scheduling, this site uses the Google Calendar API. It reads free/busy availability and creates events (with Google Meet links) on the owner's Google Calendar. Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to theGoogle API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. Google processes calendar and meeting data underGoogle's Privacy Policy.

Sharing & storage

Your booking details are stored as an event in the owner's Google Calendar and processed by Google to deliver the invite and video link. The site is hosted on Amazon Web Services; request logs may be retained transiently for security and troubleshooting. We do not share your data with any other third parties.

Retention

Calendar events are kept for as long as needed to honour and record the meeting, after which they can be deleted on request. Operational logs are short-lived.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data, object to or restrict its processing, and lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority (in Portugal, the CNPD). To exercise any right, emailhello@marcoferra.com.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time; the "last updated" date above reflects the latest revision.
