Marco Ferra

Marco Ferra is a senior technology transformation leader with over 18 years of experience driving digital change and continuous improvement across media, biopharmaceutical, automotive, and aerospace industries. Currently at Sky (Comcast/NBCUniversal), Marco leads efficiency initiatives, focusing on streamlining processes to maximise operational efficiency and customer value.

Previously, he led multiple projects at Hertz (Central London, UK) that generated over $20 million in revenue and managed high-precision, accredited calibration services laboratories at ISQ (Lisbon, PT). Marco holds an MSc in Electrical and Computer Engineering, has a postgraduate degree in Laboratory Management, is a Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt and SAFe 6 Scrum Master(opens PDF in new tab).
