By using the booking feature on marcoferra.com you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
The service
The service lets you request a meeting by selecting an available time. On confirmation, a calendar event with a Google Meet link is created and an invitation is sent to the email address you provide. The service is offered free of charge for legitimate scheduling.
Acceptable use
You agree to provide accurate information and not to use the service to send spam, harass, impersonate others, or for any unlawful purpose. Bookings made in bad faith or that abuse the service may be cancelled.
Availability & no warranty
The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. Meeting times are subject to change or cancellation, and we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marco Ferra is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the service.
Third-party services
The service relies on Google (Calendar and Meet). Your use of those features is also subject to Google's terms and privacy policy. See ourPrivacy Policyfor how data is handled.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal, and any disputes are subject to the courts of Portugal, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under EU law.
