Maco holds an MSc in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the University of Lisbon and a postgraduate degree in Laboratory Management.

Certified as a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt (L6S), he has led many initiatives, increasing both bottom-line revenue and operational efficiency by designing and implementing global transformations.

Have coached many organisations in Continuous Improvement (VSM, PDCA, SIPOC, A3, Ishikawa, DMAIC, Kaizen), including customer-facing experience in a management consulting setting.
